WATERFRONT SOUTH CENTRAL, DUBLIN 1

Planning permission was recently granted by Dublin City Council for Waterfront South Central, a development which will involve the construction of 3 no. commercial office buildings (67,903 m²) on a site located on North Wall Quay, Dublin 1. The office buildings will range in height from 5-storeys to 9-storeys. Retail space (152 m²) and gallery exhibition space (188 m²) will also be provided as part of the development.

The development also includes the waterfront block facing onto the River Liffey which is being developed for Citi to accommodate their new European Bank Headquarters that is currently under construction as well as c. 25,579 m² of office space which is to be spread over the 2 remaining commercial blocks.
