What you need
Along with a recognised, relevant, university qualification(s) you will be able to demonstrate your ability to design and deliver solutions to projects and teams.
You will possess a keen interest in developing your career into a client-facing role and will be able to provide examples oF excellent attention to detail and high-level verbal and written communication skills.
You will be organised with an ability to work well under pressure.

All our graduates are supported towards chartership with Engineers Ireland and the Institute of Structural Engineers.

tRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Over the course of the Graduate Programme, graduates will participate in our internal training and lessons learned sessions which cover key knowledge and skill areas. These include skill development in areas such as finance, project management, contracts and insurance as well as technical topics.
