CS Consulting Group was engaged by the Client, Lota View Holdings, to fulfill the role of Civil & Structural Engineer on this office development project at 10-12 Trinity Street/16-17 St. Andrew Street, Dublin 2. The development consists of the re-development of an existing building, providing ground and basement retail units with additional retail floor area at first floor.

3 floors of office space were created with an additional floor level added at roof level as a set back to the existing building. As part of our role on the project, our Structural Engineering team reviewed the existing structure and designed the steel frame additional floor added to the building.
