BLOCK A, C & D THE CROSSINGS, ADAMSTOWN, CO. DUBLIN

The Crossings is a residential and commercial urban village located directly across from Adamstown Train Station in West Dublin. The development works have been split into three phases.

Phase III of The Crossings is currently under construction and comprises 3 no. blocks; Block A, C, and D which will contain a total of 436 no. apartment units. These are being developed in partnership with the Land Development Agency and will provide cost-rental units upon completion. 

We have also completed Phase I and Phase II of the development which will provide private accommodation and include 3 no. blocks; Block B, E, and F consisting of 279 no. apartment units and 20 no. retail units (11,700 m²). Phase II consists of 2 no. new blocks; Block G1 and G2 which provides 184 no. apartment units.

Units are a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. On completion of the overall development, the commercial element will consist of an overall total of c. 9,653m² of net floor space. A total of c. 16,000m² public realm space is also to be provided, including significant civic spaces at the heart of the District Centre. CS Consulting has provided a full suite of services on this project throughout all phases.
