ST. JOSEPH'S FOUNDATION, co. LIMERICK

CS Consulting Group was appointed to act in the role of Project Manager during the construction stage of this development at the existing St. Joseph’s Foundation site in Limerick. Phase 1 of the development of the Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome facility involved the construction of 8 no. community apartments, 2 no. farmhouse apartments, an equestrian centre, an entrance road, a car park, and related site development works.

As Project Manager, CS Consulting Group was required to confirm that works were being carried out in line with the drawings and specifications based on site monitoring and also by verifying that the quality of the work was to an acceptable satisfactory standard and in line with certification of compliance with planning and building regulations.
