The Savill Court Hotel is a luxury 5-star hotel located on 23-acres of mature grounds in Windsor, UK. It is situated within a sensitive green belt area of high landscape value. The redevelopment of the hotel involved partial demolition and reconstruction of the existing building, whilst retaining the main architectural elements from the past.

The hotel includes a parking area, two swimming pool areas, a spa, a banquet hall area, conferencing facilities, and c. 230 no. rooms (with numerous suites), 2 no. basement levels, ground level, 1st and 2nd floors, and a roof area. All elements are RC and the roof area is of steel. The foundation strategy is piling throughout.
