CS Consulting led a Landlord Design Team to carry out Landlord works and oversee Tenant Fit-outs of the landmark Observatory Building on the South Docks of the River Liffey, Dublin.

This included the €7.5m euro fit-out of the RIOT games headquarters over 40,000 sq.ft of this building in 2014/ 2015.

Our role included the co-ordination of the Landlord Design Team, liaising with building management and contractors and liaising with Tenants Design Teams to ensure any Tenant fitouts are completed in compliance with all necessary regulations maintaining the Landlords best interests throughout.
