Northwood Nursing Home is located off the Old Ballymun Road, close to the Northwood Estate in Dublin. It has 118 beds, the majority of which are single ensuites as well as a small number of double-rooms, designed with the ultra-modern Bartra Healthcare aesthetic. Care services will include residential, dementia (including Alzheimer’s), respite, convalescence, day care, etc.

The structure is comprised of a four-storey masonry frame with localised steelwork supporting precast floor slabs supported on a ground floor reinforced concrete transfer slab over an in-situ reinforced concrete basement car park with pad foundations.
