Four mews style residences developed by Bartra Homes on Morehampton Lane, located off Herbert Park.

This development consisted of the demolition of an existing two storey detached dwelling and the construction of four new dwellings. Three of the dwellings are three storey (two storey with habitable roof space). The fourth dwelling is two storey (one storey with habitable roof space).

All are traditional masonry construction and the habitable upper floors are of unique barrel type steel and timber construction.
