MARYFIELD NURSING HOME, DUBLIN 20

The campus at Maryfield comprised a 55-bed nursing home and 6 additional buildings which were used for independent living. As the buildings were over 40 years old, many of the facilities were outdated and as such needed to be upgraded to current HIQA standards. In order to achieve this, refurbishment works were carried out to the nursing home, in addition to extensions works to bring the nursing home up to 69-beds.

The range of buildings on the site includes the main nursing home building, which is comprised of several interconnected 2-3 storey blocks with a chapel and dining space at its core, and a range of single and two storey independent living units arranged to the south and east.
