Project involved the extensive demolition and construction works to an existing 3 storey hotel to leave units ready for turnkey fitout and occupation by Nando’s and Starbucks at ground floor level and offices at first and second floor level.

The development involved an extensive structural redesign of the existing space to accommodate the requirements of the new Tenants. Our team worked closely with the Client and Design Team to ensure that the most cost effective design was available and utilised for both Structural and Civil aspects of this project.
