This large mixed-use scheme involves the redevelopment of the former 3.57-acre D.I.T. campus on Kevin Street. The development includes 75,000 m² of Grade A office accommodation in 2 no. 11-storey blocks alongside 299 no. private apartments across three buildings of up to 14-storeys in height.

The commercial portion of the development largely will consist of RC flat slabs supported on RC columns.
