GLENSAVAGE, BLACKROCK, cO. DUBLIN

Glensavage is a residential development located off Avoca Road in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The site was home to a derelict house and associated outbuildings which were demolished as part of the development. The residential scheme includes 22 no. units comprising 8 no. houses (1-5 beds) and 14 no. apartments (1-2 beds).

Construction involved load-bearing masonry walls with precast concrete floors. The development also includes piped infrastructure and ducting, a new ESB substation, changes in level, internal roads and pathways, site landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site development and excavation works above and below ground.
