GLASS BOTTLE, SEAN MOORE ROAD, DUBLIN 4

Glass Bottle is a mixed-use development being delivered on a phased basis on the former 37.2-acre Irish Glass Bottle site located near Sean Moore Road in Dublin 4. On completion, the site will deliver up to 3,800 no. homes, and will provide in excess of 92,903 m² of commercial space including cultural & community spaces, offices, a hotel, rental, private, social and affordable housing.

A quarter of the homes delivered across the site will be allocated to social and affordable housing which will represent one of the largest deliveries in the state in recent years. The initial Phase 1 of the development consists of 570 no. apartment units in three individual buildings fronting onto Sean Moore Road, a new crèche, and 400 m² of retail space.
