Empire Warehouse is the redevelopment of three dilapidated brick, 18th Century tea warehouses, into a unique aparthotel offering 75 studio, one and two bedroom apartments in Southwark, London.

The historic façade was retained as part of the development.

The additional new structures are of reinforced concrete construction.
