DUN EIMEAR, Bettystown, CO. MEATH

The development comprises of 120 no. residential units in the townland of Donacarney in Bettystown, Co. Meath. Dwellings were constructed utilising pre-fabricated floor joists with traditional cavity wall construction. There is a mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced houses being developed.

Works included the full detailed design from inception to completion of a view distribution link road with associated roundabout and ancillary services relating to a full green field site. In addition to traffic engineering, CS Consulting provided design of foul and surface drainage, on site storm water attenuation and general site development works.
