Development of 80 houses in greenfield site in North County Dublin. House sizes ranged from 2 bedroom terraces to large 4/5 bedroom detached dwellings. Houses are of timber frame construction and are finished to a very high standard.

Planning permission was successfully approved in 2005 and construction commenced in 2006 but due to the recession in the construction industry practical completion of all units had only been completed in 2014. The site was also successfully taken in charge by Fingal County Council in 2014.

Cronin & Sutton Consulting carried out full civil & structural design services from project conception throughout the project. Cronin & Sutton Consulting also successfully completed the full Taking in Charge process for the development.
