BELVOIR PARK, STILLORGAN, CO. DUBLIN

The Belvoir Park development involved the refurbishment of Kilmacud House and the construction of 2 no. new apartment blocks over a single-storey basement on the remainder of the site. Kilmacud House is a protected structure with the final refurbished structure being divided into 4 no. apartment units. There are a total number of 55 no. apartments split between to the 2 blocks.

The apartment blocks range from 3 to 4-storeys and are of masonry and precast slab constructions with the penthouse level of each being steel frame. CS Consulting acted as Civil & Structural Engineers, Planning Consultants & Ancillary Certifier for Civil & Structural works. Our team worked closely with the Conservation Architect to retain the original integrity of the 18th century house, both internally and externally.
