BARNWELL point APARTMENTS, HANSFIELD, DUBLIN 15

Since 2013, CS Consulting has provided services on a large number of residential developments in Hansfield, an emerging neighbourhood in Ongar, Dublin 15 for the Client, McGarrell Reilly Group. Most recently, CS Consulting was engaged by McGarrell Reilly Group to provide our services on the Barnwell Point residential scheme involving the delivery of 247 no. cost-rental apartments under The Land Development Agency’s (LDA) Project Tosaigh initiative, a multi-phase programme that is set to deliver 5,000 no. affordable homes by the end of 2026.

The units provided comprise 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes on the 1.67-hectare site which is adjacent to Hansfield Train Station. Units are a mix of studios, 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bed apartments. In addition to the provision of the residential units, 272 no. car parking and 400 no. bicycle spaces were also provided as part of the development. As construction works concluded in recent months, the apartments will soon be available to rent by the LDA.
