Loughshinny is a state of the art, 123-bed nursing home on a 4.5 hectare site in North County Dublin. All of the nursing home’s rooms have been designed to exceed relevant HIQA standards. The buildings are traditional block built with precast concrete floor slabs.

CS Consulting provided civil and structural engineering services for all associated enabling, site and general landscaping works; en-suite bedrooms, day rooms, dining rooms, activity and therapy rooms, staff support rooms and kitchen.

Extensive consultation with 3rd party farmland owners and Fingal County Council was required to accommodate the installation and connection of a rising main to the site.
