PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Residential Development, Hansfield, Ongar

This development comprises of infill development within the
existing Barnwell Estate and new development to the east and
south of the existing Barnwell Estate in Ongar comprising of 146
residential units.

Dwellings are A-rated and constructed utilising pre-fabricated
floor trusses with traditional cavity wall construction. There is a
mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced housing being
developed.


CS CONSULTING ROLE

CS Consulting are the appointed Civil & Structural Engineers on this project.  We are also acting as Ancillary Certifier for the Civil & Structural Engineering works.
